Orders are sent via Australia Posts E-Parcel Service at a flat rate of $9.99.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, except national holidays.

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

Express Delivery

Customers who require their order to arrive quicker than regular post can choose to utilise Australia Posts Express service.

The cost is a flat rate of $16.95 (Up to $29.95 for bulky items).

Parcels will usually arrive within 1-4 Business days depending on destination

What about Personalised orders?

Personalised Name balls are sent directly from our International factory via DHL E-commerce

Delivery should take approximately 6-8 weeks from date of order.

Personalised accessories are sent from our local printer with an Estimate delivery between 5-10 business days from your date of order

Orders are sent via Direct Freight Express at a standard rate of $19.99
