Size Guide

Delivery

Basketball Hoops & Systems are sent Australia wide via a courier that we deem appropriate for your location at a rate determined by the weight and destination.

  • Systems and backboards under 20kg will be sent by road service.
  • Systems and backboards over 20kg will be palletised and will require access for a pallet jack to make the delivery. 
  • You will be contacted before delivery to ensure you are home. If you are not home the courier will not leave the goods without signature. The item will be taken back to the depot until next available delivery date.

Please note: Some basketball systems (in-ground and portable) are not available for delivery in all areas. Please contact customer service for a shipping quote for all other areas.

Returns Process

  • We stand by every product we make at Spalding, therefore if you're not satisfied with the quality of your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to return an item or order then check out our returns process.

Built for a superior rebound the 48” Performance Acrylic backboard has a rebound rivaled only by glass.

Slam Jam® Breakaway Rim

The Slam Jam® Breakaway Rim gives you the power to sink it with all you’ve got. Built for the outdoor game this steel rim is spring-loaded for a smooth break at the front and is powder coated to protect it from the elements.

Easy height adjustment

The fully adjustable Pro-Glide™ Advanced lift system gives players of all ages, heights and skill levels room to play.

Sturdy base design & easy transportation

The sturdy two wheeled base allows you to move the system wherever you play and can be filled with either sand or water for maximum stability.

Backboard Size

The backboard size is measured from the left to the right side of the board, ranging from 44" to 72" (107cm to 183cm). Spalding ranges boards in the following sizes:

- 72 inch / 183 centimetres (Professional level)
- 60 inch / 152 centimetres
- 54 inch / 137 centimetres
- 52 inch / 132 centimetres
- 48 inch / 122 centimetres
- 44 inch / 112 centimetres
- 42 inch / 107 centimetres

Before beginning assembly, read the instructions and identify parts using the hardware identifier and parts list in this document. proper and complete assembly, use, and supervision are essential for proper operation and to reduce the risk of accident or injury. A high probability of serious injury exists if this system is not installed, maintained, and operated properly.
