RECOMMENDED ORDER BY DATES FOR CHRISTMAS

Make sure to place your order by the advised dates below to have the best chance of receiving your order before 25th December. The following dates are for Australia Post standard delivery:

Orders received after these dates will be delivered as quickly as possible, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders are sent Australia wide via Australia Posts E-Parcel Service at a flat rate of $9.95.

Due to current delays with our delivery partners and increased order volumes please allow 10-15 business days for delivery of your order depending on destination. We apologise for any inconvenience.

PRIORITY DELIVERY

Customers who require their order to arrive quicker than regular post can choose to utilise Australia Posts priority service. The cost is a flat rate of $16.95. To receive next day delivery you must be within Australia Post's Express Post delivery network and your order must be placed on sherrin.com.au by 11 am AEST Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). 

BACKBOARDS AND SYSTEMS DELIVERY

Orders are sent Australia wide via our courier freight partners at a rate determined by the weight and destination by either express or Tailgate service.

  • Systems and backboards over 20kg will be palletised and will require access for a pallet jack to make the delivery. 
  • You will be contacted before delivery is to be made to ensure you are home. If you are not home our courier freight partners have permission to leave the item ONLY if it can be left out of sight in a safe place.

Please note: Larger systems such as; 72 inch and 60 Inch In-Ground, & 60 Inch Beast portable systems are not available for delivery in all areas

PERSONALISED NAME BALLS

Personalised basketballs are custom made to order. All personalised Name balls are sent via DHL/Australia Post directly from our International factory and can take approximately 6-8 weeks from artwork approval to delivery.

Please note: If your order includes a personalised basketball or a pre-order product as well as other items, your order may be delayed and shipped once all items are available to dispense and not sent in split shipments.
