Important: Australia Post has announced a temporary pause for all pickups and collections in Greater Melbourne Metro for five days, from 12.01am Friday 1 October. This unfortunately means that any orders placed from September 30 will not be able to be dispatched until October 6 at the very earliest. Spalding Basketball Systems are sent via several different freight services. You will be sent an email with your tracking number and freight carrier once your order has been dispatched and can track the progress of your delivery through delivery service's websites mentioned below.
Basketballs & Accessories
Basketballs & Accessories (excluding personalised basketballs) are shipped using Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly with Australia Post at http://auspost.com.au/track/.
If you have ordered a personalised basketball then you will be able to track your order via the AusPost website. Tracking will become live within 24-48 hours after you receive your order dispatch confirmation email from Spalding. Sometimes it can take a little longer for events to populate, so don’t worry if don’t see any tracking up to a week after your initial order has been placed.
For personalised basketball orders please allow up to 5-6 weeks for delivery.
