You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at spalding.com.au and checking the My Account section > https://www.spalding.com.au/customer/account/login
Alternatively, you can can track your shipment via the AusPost and Direct Frieght Express websites. You should see tracking events appear within 24 hours after you have received tracking confirmation from Sherrin. Sometimes it can take a little longer for events to populate, so don’t worry if don’t see any tracking up to 48 hours after your initial order has been placed. Once your order has entered the system you will then be able to track the progress of your order.
Basketballs & Accessories
Basketballs & Accessories (excluding personalised basketballs) are shipped using Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly with Australia Post at http://auspost.com.au/track/.
All Basketball Systems are sent via StarTrack or Direct Freight Express. You will be sent an email with your tracking number and freight carrier once your order has been dispatched and can track the progress of your delivery through either delivery service's website.
If you have ordered a personalised basketball then you will be able to track your order via the DHL website. Tracking will become live within 24-48 hours after you receive your order dispatch confirmation email from Spalding. Sometimes it can take a little longer for events to populate, so don’t worry if don’t see any tracking up to a week after your initial order has been placed.
For personalised basketball orders please allow up to 5-6 weeks for delivery.
