Gift Code Terms & Conditions

$1,000 Spalding Digital Gift Codes (3 Issued Codes)

1. Issuer

These gift codes are issued by GN Sports PTY LTD (“Issuer”).

2. Gift Code Details

  • (3) digital gift codes have been issued.
  • Each gift code has a value of $1,000 AUD.
  • Gift codes are redeemable exclusively at https://www.spalding.com.au/.

3. Redemption

  • Gift codes must be entered at checkout on spalding.com.au to apply the value to an order.
  • Redemption is subject to the Spalding terms of sale, policies, and availability of products.
  • Gift codes may be used in full or partial redemption.

4. Expiry

  • Each gift code is valid until 30/6/2029
  • Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

5. Restrictions

  • Gift codes:
    • Are non-transferable, unless expressly authorised by the Issuer
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds
    • Cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or deleted
  • Gift codes cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

6. Balance & Additional Costs

  • If a purchase exceeds the gift code value, the holder must pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
  • If a purchase is less than the gift code value, any remaining balance will remain on the code (subject to Spalding’s expiry terms).
  • Any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the user.

7. Liability

  • The Issuer is not responsible for:
    • Misuse of the gift code
    • Technical issues on the Spalding website
    • Lost or unauthorised use of codes
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Issuer accepts no liability for any loss arising in connection with the use of the gift codes.

8. Third-Party Terms

  • Use of the gift codes is subject to Spalding’s own terms and conditions, policies, and systems, which may change from time to time.
  • The Issuer is not affiliated with or responsible for Spalding’s operations or policies.

9. General

  • The Issuer reserves the right to:
    • Correct errors or omissions in relation to the gift codes
    • Cancel or replace the gift codes if required due to unforeseen circumstances
