Standard Delivery
Orders are sent via Australia Posts E-Parcel Service at a flat rate of $9.99 (Up to $19.99 for bulky items)
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, except national holidays
Parcels will usually arrive within 3-6 Business days depending on destination
Priority Delivery (for Next Day Delivery* To Australian Capital Cities Excl WA)
Customers who require their order to arrive quicker than regular post can choose to utilise Australia Posts priority service.
The cost is a flat rate of $16.95 (Up to $29.95 for bulky items).
*To receive next day delivery you must be within Australia Post's Express Post delivery network and your order must be placed on spalding.com.au by 11 am AEST Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).
What about Personalised orders?
Personalised Name balls are sent directly from our International factory via DHL E-commerce
Delivery should take approximately 5-6 weeks from date of order.
Personalised accessories are sent from our local printer with an Estimate delivery between 5-10 business days from your date of order
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to exchange your item for something else, please contact us toll-free on 1300 654 766 or email us at [email protected] stating your name, order number and any further details.
We will provide you with an exchange or refund form and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back.
